Today we had the pleasure in working with Sally and her PTA for a new school that have hired us for their summer fete this year.
When we arrived onsite early this morning we was not disappointed, Sally had thought about where she would like every inflatable to be set up and had provided us with a floor plan. She had previously advised us what surface type all of the equipment was going to be set up on so when we arrived we were prepared for her exact requirements.
Sally left our team to set up with adequate time before the school fete started with an extra 15 minutes to spare in order for our team to thoroughly check over all the equipment before it being used.
It was a beautifully hot day, hopefully the start to a glorious summer, and our team worked with the children's best interests as first priority. At the end of the fete we got a few lovely compliments from staff and parents at how well our staff coped with all the children, kept an even flow of queuing (which we quickly decreased) and made it fun for all the families on the day.
We look forward to working again with Sally next year!
