Used them for an event in London on 21st March. Fantastic service - would use again!

Wonderful company from booking to the day was so easy. Definitely recommend this company as I’d been let down last minute and they came through for me with no problems and were so friendly. My son and his friends absolutely loved the bouncy castle and it was exactly what I wanted and the set up and delivery were brilliant.

Wanted a bouncy castle, 4 tables and 8 chairs for my daughters birthday party, called up Russell Up Events Ltd.

I booked the Friday 11th August 2023 via the phone spoke to a wonderful young lady took my details and all set for my daughters big day.

A big mention to the wonderful, cheerful professional man who set up the bouncy castle.

I have been using Russell Up for several years. I can honestly say the booking procedure is very easy. All staff are welcoming and nice from booking, emailing them and the delivery guys. I wouldn't look anywhere else. Thank you Russell Up for a great experience every time.

The team at Russell Up Events are superb - quick to respond, straightforward and efficient. We are very satisfied, repeat customers. Over a number of events, we have hired a range of games / equipment as well as rented funfair food machines. On each occasion set up/take down has been seamless. Food related hires are managed by a member of staff from start to finish; again we have been nothing but impressed by the efficiency, kindness and enthusiasm of those team members we have met. Highly recommended!

I spent a long time looking for a reliable and safe provider of bouncy castles and wanted to share my experience and what I learnt.

Make sure you hire only companies who provide RPII operators (and can prove this with a certificate).

Make sure any bouncy castle that you hire are PIPA safety tested.

I only learnt these two things after speaking with Russell Up Events an other providers either did not mention this or clearly were not certified. These two things mean you are hiring a safety tested bouncy castle run by certified staff. Something which is obviously of great importance.

When you go back and forth and compare prices you will find that there maybe slightly cheaper alternatives but things such as liability insurance could be missing.

Needless to say we went with Russell Up Events and our day went smoothly.. Their customer service is second to none and as you can see from my review every aspect of our day was catered for in a professional and safe manner.

We used Russel up events for our engagement party. They always answered straight away to all our emails and was very helpful. We had the stunning floral wall and LED lights, they really did make that magical touch and was a great photo oppurtunity. Everyone absolutely loved them! I would most definitely reccommend them to anyone who is throwing a party!

What a great bunch of people to work with! We hired Russel Up for the first time this year for our Christmas LIghts Switch On event in Ramsgate and can't thank them enough for their professionalism, friendliness and patience (I asked them to change the position of their helter skelter once they had it all safely secured and they were very happy to oblige!). They were a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them again next year!

Hi Luke, Sorry this is a little delayed, it’s been a busy week. Just wanted to say thank you for Sunday. The staff, without exception, worked incredibly hard to make it a fun filled event. The man running the go karts (who was nearest to me so who I saw the most) was especially fun and always interacting with the children. We had a great day and it was deemed a great success. What a great service, wide range of fun party things. Also good for weddings

I would like to thank Luke Russell & Jade Traynor of Russell up for making my birthday truely memorable the food was tasty 'well presented and plentiful. The chocolate fountain such a success I think we nearly emptied it lol. And the sweet cart was a huge success with both young and old. You also go the extra mile in your professionalism helpfulness. And as friends too. U truely we're amazing. Ty both so much.

Great speedy service on a dancefloor hire for my wedding. They suggested the size floor I would need and payment was effortless to do. The guy turned up early on the day just to be sure and he also cleaned the floor before he left ready for us to dance on. I would highly recommend Russell Up Entertainments.

We hired a rodeo bull with cover and helter skelter. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rides were erected very quickly. Unfortunately the weather was quite wet and cold so the heater skelter was not as popular as the bull which was under cover. We also had a lady who did face paining and glitter tattoos which were very popular with the kids and adults.

For my daughters engagement party on 3rd February, Russell Up provided us with a 'sparkly' dance floor and their price was extremely competitive. They arrived on time, installed the dance floor and cleaned the floor thoroughly once laid. Aesthetically the dance floor made all the difference, it made the venue look fantastic. They arranged to collect the dance floor after the event, again they were very punctual. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for your special event.

Love this company used them for my wedding and any event I have so professional go above and behond to Make the event amazing would defo recommend!!!!!

reliable, professional and reasonable hire company. Friendly staff who were punctual and professional, we had the bouncy castle for a 4th birthday from 9am until 7.30pm which I thought was great value. Thanks - would recommend.

We booked Russell's for our little girls 1st birthday party . We had the Minnie and Mickey bouncy castle and the face painting/ glitter tattoos .
The bouncy castle arrived in good time and was erected by staff who made sure it was safe and fully functioning prior to leaving .
Amber , the lady who was there to do the face painting and tattoos was very friendly and engaging with all the children and really got into the party spirit .
Will definitely be using them next year .

We hired a DJ, hot dog machine, candy floss machine and pop corn machine for my son's 11th birthday party. It was a massive hit! The DJ was great (even though the kids weren't up to much dancing). I'd sent through a list of music that my son liked and it was pretty accurate. Leah who did the food machines was lovely and didn't stop all day.

It's really handy to be able to book everything together and I'd definitely use Russel Up again. Thanks for a great day!

We used Russell-up to supply soft play bouncy castle and a blow up ball pit at our baby's first birthday. It went down a storm with the children. The equipment was clean and in good condition. We even got left some additional baby toys that they had on board.

They turned up at the venue (even before we got there) to set up - set up the equipment efficiently liased with the caretaker about electrical supply etc and basically allowed us to just decorate and set out food taking away any stress. I can say the same for packing up at the end of the day too - a simple call as we had finished up earlier than we had booked the equipment out for and they were there in 5 minutes to take it all down. A thoroughly efficient friendly service

Massive thank you to Russell up for helping us raise money for our Macmillan bbq! The disco dome bouncy castle went down a treat with the kids as did the slush puppy machine and the cherry on the cake was when the ice cream van came round too � such lovely staff, would highly recommend these guys for any event/occasion! I have used them for years now and will continue to do so!

Where do i start i contacted Russell Up wanting a 12 x 12 bouncy castle for my sons birthday having never hired from them before i was a little worried about if it would turn up would they put it where i wanted it all the usual worries you have when trying to organise a birthday party. I need not have worried though because from my initial contact with them my mind was put at rest they answered all my questions and couldn't have given me more help or advise.

On the day the castle arrived exactly for the time i had requested. A quick chat with the driver and he set it all up nothing was too much trouble once inflated it looked fantastic and my son was so excited he couldn't wait to get on it.

We got loads of comments at the party about how new and good the themed castle looked

Collection was as good as delivery the driver again arrived on time and quickly got to work with getting it packed away.

I will definitely be using Russell Up again very reliable very friendly

We hired a bouncy castle slush machine and popcorn machine for my daughters 7th birthday on the 21st of May..it was all fantastic the kids and adults loved it..services was great too,the owner luke couldn't be more helpful.

I purchased the photo booth package for my sisters wedding reception. We had a amazing time with the photo booth. It is worth every penny! I am so pleased with Luke's service, expertise, and customer service. He responds to emails and calls in a timely manner. The company set up very quickly and quietly. His team is very professional and polite. The attendant was great and ready to go with a smile. We had about 100 people at the wedding reception and everyone from the kids to our grandparents went in it multiple times. People are still talking about it today. We also had them make the scrapbook, which turned out beautifully. You get the scrapbook immediately at the end of the night and it’s really nice to be able to go home with pictures.

Thank you very much Russell up for making my brothers 21st a brilliant one! We hired the disco dome & sumo wrestling outfits! It even chucked it down but the weather didn't dampen the spirits due to the great facilities! Russell up were also flexible with drop off/pick up times! I felt under no pressure. Defineatly recommend and will be using them again!
